  I'd give a zero. Ordered last night. Delivery time 5:50, called at 6, where's my order it's 10 minutes late? "It's on its way be there in a few minutes." 15 minutes later I call. Where's my order? "Its on it's way be there in a few minutes." At that point I snap. I say bring the pizza I'll heat it up. I want a credit. Manager ARGUES with me that I was offered fresh pizza and declined. No I don't need to wait about hour for pizza. Pizza comes. It had been dropped or fell over. COLD. And not even cooked all the way. Pan pizza was doughy and mushy. It was so awful. Due to the "managers" communication with me where she was actually yelling at me and talking over me I've called corporate.

  I CARRYOUT FROM THIS LOCATION SEVERAL TIMES FOR LUNCH. THE EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS COURTIOUS AND NICE. THEY SMILE AND IS GENUINE. IF I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH A MEAL THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO FIX IT. I ENJOY THIS RESTURANT. I KNOW THAT PEOPLE GET UPSET BECAUSE THIS IS NOT A DINE IN RESTURANT. IT IS STATED ON THE WEBSITE THAT IT IS CARRYOUT AND DELIVERY ONLY. WHEN YOU CALL TO PLACE AN ORDER THEY ALSO STATE THAT THEY ARE CARRYOUT AND DELIVERY. :-)
