  Terrible customer service, and food never came because it's "my fault" that I ordered online instead of called. Why have online ordering as an option if you're going to use it as an excuse to why my food was never delivered. I should of listened to these bad reviews before wasting 1 1/2 hours of my time.

  This place is terrible.. we made a $35 order online from their site. It gave us a 60 minute time frame to pick... after receiving the confirmation email and number we thought all was good, but no. We arrived to pick up our order and were told no order was placed. We showed them the email and con# and were told "sorry sometime we don't get the orders" so if we wanted food we would need to wait another 30 minutes... she could care less... I will take my business somewhere else.

  Enjoyed a slice of deep dish pizza today that was ordered from White Cottage and delivered to Westminster Christian School about 10 minutes from their location. Everyone who was at the open house loved the pizza. Many positive comments, none negative. Buttery crust, cheesy and right amount of sauce made for a great overall taste. Can't comment on the employees or the service at White Cottage but the pizza was fabulous!
